8:00 - 9:00am - Check-in & arrival (JCC Krakow)
9:00am - Opening Session at JCC Krakow led by JCC Krakow CEO Jonathan Ornstein
9:30am - Depart by bus for a tour of Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau
1:15am - 1:15pm - Private guided walking tour of Auschwitz I
1:30pm - Depart by bus to Auschwitz II-Birkenau
2:00 - 3:30pm - Private guided walking tour of Auschwitz II-Birkenau
3:30pm - Memorial Ceremony in Auschwitz II-Birkenau
4:00pm - Depart for Krakow by bus
6:30 - 7:30pm - MANDATORY Ride For The Living Safety Briefing and route update

8:00pm - End of RFTL Day 1FRIDAY, June 30: Ride For The Living & Shabbat Dinner
6:00am - Meet to depart for Ride For The Living Opening Ceremony at Auschwitz II-Birkenau
7:45 - 8:15am - Opening ceremony and group photo in front of Auschwitz II-Birkenau
8:15 - 9:00am - Bike fitting and final adjustments
9:00 - 9:15am - RIDE FOR THE LIVING BEGINS
Program for non-riders and walkers in Krakow:
10:00am - Private guided walking tour of WWII Krakow
3:00 - 4:30pm - 5k walk For The Living. Memorial ceremony at Płaszów Concentration Camp and 5km walk back to JCC Krakow.
5:00 - 7:00pm (Approx.) - Arrival at JCC Krakow and finish line celebration with the local Jewish community and volunteers
9:00pm - Shabbat dinner with over 700 participants including community members and local Holocaust survivors in conjunction with the Jewish Culture Festival.SATURDAY, July 1: Walking Tours & JCC Krakow Events
11:00am - 1:00pm - First round of private guided walking tours of Krakow
12:00pm - Lunch (1:00pm lunch) and Learn at JCC Krakow

5:30pm - Opening Reception for Ukrainian Art Show in conjunction with Artist Giving Back and JCC Krakow
6:30 - 9:30pm - Private advanced screening of the “For The Living” feature documentary about RFTL
10:00pm - Shalom on Szeroka: An open-air concert featuring headlining acts from the Jewish Culture Festival and a Havdalah ceremony with 20,000 people from Krakow and all over the world.SUNDAY, July 2: Closing Ceremony & Brunch
10:00am - Official Opening of the Senior Club Kitchen, sponsored by the Marcia & Mark Miller Family Foundation
11:00 - 11:45am - Ride For The Living Closing Ceremony
